Marketing Coordinator

What Youll Be Up To:
Own the Online Vibe: Keep our website fresh and fabulous with the latest events, updates, and promos.
Rule the Feed: Plan and schedule content across our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Think memes, reels, countdowns, onsales and post-show buzz.
Make It Look Good: Design posters, graphics, emails, and anything else that needs a little visual magic.
Slide Into Inboxes: Create email campaigns that people actually open (and click!).
Promo Power: Help brainstorm and roll out creative campaigns that boost ticket sales and build hype around all Temple Gardens Centre events.
Showtime Support: Get in on the action help run marketing activations and grab behind-the-scenes content at events.
Track the Wins: Keep an eye on analytics and show us whats working (and what we can level up) and make adjustments on the fly.
Tag-Team With Partners: Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and collaborators to keep everything running smoothly. Execute partnership contracts and supply POP.
What You Bring to the Party:
1-3 years of experience in marketing (bonus if it's in events, entertainment, or media)
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or something similar (or an awesome story to tell us why that doesnt matter)
Strong writing chops and an eye for good design. Love what you create.
Fluent in tools like Canva, Clipchamp, IG and FB
Finance Coordinator
Are you a numbers whiz with a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Step into the spotlight as our Finance Coordinator with OVG at Temple Gardens Centre! Youll be the go-to person making sure everything adds upfrom accounts payable to artist payments. Whether its reconciling ticket sales, coordinating merch sellers or prepping for event day finances, youll play a starring role in keeping our financials sharp. This role is a fun mix of crunching numbers and admin magic, working alongside a rockstar team including the Finance Manager, the General Manager, and department heads across the venue. If you thrive in a fast-paced, event-filled environment and love juggling a variety of responsibilities, we want to hear from you!
Keep our books on point: Handle daily transactions, invoice processing, and reconciling reports.
Be our go-to payment pro: Manage A/R and A/P, prep deposits, post receipts, and monitor vendor schedules.
Rock those reconciliations: Box office, F&B, and balance sheetsyouve got it covered.
Get event-ready: Collaborate with departments heads to ensure all things finance are in place and ready for event day.
Stay organized: Maintain clean records, support audits, and help keep the office humming.
Be a team player: Assist with general admin duties and be ready to help other departments when needed.
Cash in, cash out: Assist with F&B float counts, reconciliations, and cash machine oversight.
3-5 years of finance/accounting experience or education combo
Know-how in A/P, A/R, and ledgers
Mastery of Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting systems (NetSuite and Coupa)
Sharp attention to detail and stellar time management
A friendly, professional vibe and top-notch communication skills
Ability to multitask like a champeven when the pressures on.
